Return & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully:

1. Damaged Items

  • You must record a video while opening the sealed package
  • Provide at least 3 clear photos showing the damage
  • Based on verification, we will offer a refund or replacement

2. Expired Products

If you receive an expired item, you are eligible for a refund or replacement after verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some products may be marked as:

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-replaceable
  • Non-refundable

If mentioned at the time of purchase, no return, replacement, or refund will be accepted for such items.

4. Opened or Tampered Products

  • If the product is opened, or
  • The seal is broken/tampered

Then the item cannot be returned or replaced.

5. Return & Replacement Charges

  • If the product value is above ₹500, the company will bear the shipping cost
  • If the product value is ₹500 or below, the customer will bear the shipping cost

6. Time Limit for Requests

  • All requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Requests after this period will not be accepted

7. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned products will be received and inspected by our team
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only after successful inspection

8. Cold Chain Products

  • Certain products require temperature-controlled (cold chain) handling
  • Customers must maintain required conditions while returning
  • Failure to do so may result in rejection of the request
