Shipping policy

At MiLab, we strive to deliver your products in the fastest time possible and in excellent condition.

1. Order Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Method - Standard Shipping,  Estimated Delivery Time - 5 To 7 Business Days

> Note: As per our Return Policy, if the product value is above ₹500, shipping for valid returns is borne by the company. For values ₹500 or below, the customer bears the cost.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages & Issues

MiLab is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the unboxing guidelines are not followed.

Mandatory: You must record a video while opening the sealed package.

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim (refer to our Return Policy).

5. International Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses within India.
